Freight Cost
We offer a flat fee of $35 for all products excluding plantation shutters.
Plantation Shutters freight costs vary and will be calculated at the checkout due to them being a volumetric product.
Freight Times
This depends entirely on your location. We ask all our clients to wait at least 7 business days.
Multiple Products
If you order multiple products we may hold onto the order until the final product is complete. However if production is busy we may ship some products separately
Freight Damage and Missing Parts
Once your order arrives at the premises, please check the boxes carefully. If the boxes arrive damaged, please do not open the items, as we may ask for you to send photos and send the products back for us to inspect. All this would be ideal if completed in 24 hours. We must be notified as we will need to claim our freight insurance so, please call or email as soon as possible.
Discontinued and Back ordered Items
In some cases, after an order has been placed fabrics can discontinue or be put on back order. We try to alert you immediately if this does occur and update our options.
