If you do decide to cancel your order, please notify us immediately as we produce custom products, we are unable to cancel the order once it has been confirmed.
Here at BOD, we provide a 5 year warranty on all custom made window furnishings, covering defects in workmanship or material.
Orders
We at BOD provide the best images we can provide however people have different computers or screens which may show slightly different variations of colours and the textures of the fabric. (We do not exchange products based on online images.
Best approach would be ordering some free samples! This allows better texture and colour appreciation. However, there may be slight variation upon order due to the manufacturer.
We do try our best to make your orders as fast as we can however because we manufacture custom products lead times can be different for different window furnishings. Delivery information can be found here
We do not supply any screws or fasteners as we are unaware of what you will be mounting your window furnishing to.
