Configuration
Before you begin
A key step before you start measuring is whether you would like your blinds inside the window frames (known as recess fit) or outside (known as face fit). Recess fit needs a minimum 50mm depth, 70mm is recommended.
Under Roll
- Less light leakage & more privacy
- Blind roll and backing is visible
- Recommended for face fit
Over Roll
- Clears obstructions
- Covers tubing
Measure - Face fit
Measuring the width:
Measure the exact outside width of architrave in three different positions- the top, middle and bottom. Take the largest measurement. If window has no architraves add 50mm each side
Note: If window has no architraves add 50mm each side
Measuring the drop:
Measure the exact outside height of architrave in three different positions- the left, middle and right. Take the largest measurement.
Note: If window has no architraves add 80mm

Measuring the depth:
Before selecting recess fit, make sure you have a minimum of 50mm in depth.
Note: However, 70mm is recommended.
Measuring the width:
Measure the exact inside width in three different positions – the top, middle & bottom (do not make deductions).
Note: Take the smallest measurement.
Measuring the drop:
Measure the exact inside recess height from the top to the bottom of the windowsill in three positions – the left, middle, & right.
Note: Take the smallest measurement.
